Local Facilities: Restaurant, bakery, seasonal burger stand, ice, grocery store, specialty shops, artist studios & galleries, marine hardware store and marine ways, liquor store, playground, hiking trails, medical clinic, post office, credit union, ATM, Sointula Info Centre has internet access. A short scenic walk to town & ferry from the harbour. Malcolm Island Lions Community Dock is located downtown beside the ferry dock and has a 2 hour tie-up for loading, unloading, shopping or for dinning out. Also, check out the sitting & viewing area in the new building located at the end of the dock or try your luck at fishing.
