At the Library... follow signs up street, till you come Third Street, turn left & follow the signs... This trail wanders through the site of an early 1900's homestead, a marshland,skirts a couple of ponds & continues to Big Lake... A local's favourite swimming hole... Along this there are numerous deck & benches ideal for picnincs & birdwatchers alike...

Rough Bay is a continuation of your walk along 1st street past the library to the co-op hardware store, to the marina... Stop here for a drink or burger at the "Burger Barn"...
